DMCA Takedown Requests

For copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), please email [email protected] with the following information:

  • The specific URL where the infringing work is being hosted (ensure this is a first-party inventor.bot or BotDash domain, or a custom domain for a site hosted with BotDash)
  • Any relevant evidence (screenshots, logs, etc.)
  • Your full legal name, address, and phone number (or the legal name, address, and phone number of the authorized agent)
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, and evidence that the material is infringing
  • A statement, made in good faith, that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Response

We aim to review and act on all valid abuse reports within 24-48 business hours. For urgent matters involving immediate threats to safety or security, such as threats to life or property, please contact law enforcement authorities.

Please do not expect to hear from us in response to an abuse report as we are typically unable to share details of any actions taken. We will respond to valid DMCA reports.

The abuse contact email is only intended for abuse reports. Non-abuse inquiries sent to the abuse contact will not receive a response.
