Refund Policy

We provide a no-questions-asked 14-day refund policy for premium plans. To request a refund, please create a support ticket from the dashboard.
After the stated period, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, based on service usage and any other extenuating circumstances. Please provide as much information as possible in your refund request to help us evaluate your situation.
AI Subscriptions
AI Subscriptions have a 3-day refund policy, except in regions where applicable law requires a longer refund period. Please contact support to request a refund.
Cancellations
You can use the self-service premium subscription management portal to cancel a current subscription. You will continue to have access to the purchased service until the end of the billing period. To cancel, go to the Premium page of the inventor.bot dashboard Account Hub, and select Cancel Subscription. You can also create a support ticket to request cancellation.
Processing of Refunds
After we receive your refund request, our we will review it and determine if you are eligible for a refund based on this policy. We use the date of your initial request as the date of the refund request for the purposes of this policy, regardless of when the refund is processed.
If eligible, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or your account balance. It may take up to 5-7 days for original payment method refunds to appear on your statement.
Dedicated and Custom Plans
These refund terms only apply to self-service plans. Dedicated and custom plans are subject to contract terms rather than our general refund policy. If you have a custom or dedicated plan and wish to request an early termination or feel a refund is warranted, please contact support or your account contact directly to discuss your situation and early termination of your contract. We’ll do our best to work with you and find a solution.
Abuse
Requesting a significant number of refunds in a short time period, or other potential abuse of the refund policy, may result in a review of your account and potential restrictions on future purchases and refunds. We reserve the right to deny refunds in extenuating circumstances such as these.
